- Represented the buyer-operator in the $41MM purchase of five buildings totaling 368,000 square feet in an office park in San Bernardino, California.
- Represented the buyer-operator in the $48MM purchase and financing of a 213,000 square foot office complex in Encino, California.
- Represented the buyer-operator in the $39MM purchase and financing of office buildings in greater Salt Lake City, Utah. The transaction involved a tenants-in-common structure and was the replacement property in a 1031 exchange.
- Represented the buyer-operator in the $32MM purchase and financing of a retail space in Park City, Utah.
- Represented related borrowers in refinancing $28MM in debt encumbering commercial properties in Richmond Heights, Missouri.
- Represented the borrower in the $19MM refinancing of an office building in Aurora, Illinois.
