Joshua M. Loeb is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Joshua’s practice encompasses a broad cross-section of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets, construction and commercial, retail and office leasing.
Joshua specializes in preparing and negotiating construction agreements (both AIA and custom agreements) on the developer’s side for the construction of:
- Residential Properties
He has experience representing both borrowers and lenders in connection with a variety of real estate financing transactions, including:
- Acquisition financing
- CMBS Loans
- Mezzanine Loans
- Loan Modifications and Restructurings
He also represents landlords and tenants in connection with the preparation and negotiation of commercial, retail, and office leases.
Joshua received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2014. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2011.
During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Steven C. Suzukawa of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division Four.
