Jeffrey A. Merriam-Rehwald

Jeffrey A. Merriam-Rehwald is a partner in ECJ’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trusts Department and specializes in estate planning, wills and trusts, fiduciary obligations, probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, postmortem tax planning, business and succession planning, and the tax issues raised by such matters. 

Mr. Merriam-Rehwald received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2001, cum laude, Order of the Coif, and was an Article Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.  He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1995.

Mr. Merriam-Rehwald is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the United States District Court, and the United States Tax Court.
