Stacey Olliff is Of Counsel in the Business and Corporate Law Department.

His practice includes Internet and technology law matters, general contract and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and commercial finance.

Stacey has written extensively on corporate and commercial law topics in numerous legal publications, and has been featured as a speaker or panelist at many programs and seminars for members of the legal and business community. He has also been active in several bar association efforts to clarify the practice and procedures surrounding legal opinions in business transactions.
