Massing, Head of the firm's Business and Corporate Law Department; Melvin S. Spears, Co-head of the firm's Taxation Law Department; Kelly O. Scott, Head of the firm's Employment Law Department; Gary Q. Michel, Co-head of the firm's Health Care Law and Taxation Law Departments; Michael S. Kogan, Head of the firm's Bankruptcy and Reorganization Department; Randall S. Leff, Partner in the firm's Litigation, Health Care and Employment Law Departments; Lee I.
