ECJ Closes Fandango Acquisition by Comcast Interactive Media

Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP served  as outside transactional counsel to Fandango, Inc. in its May 2007 acquisition by Comcast Interactive Media, Inc., the Internet division of Comcast, Inc., the country's largest cable operator.   Partners David Eandi and Gary Michel headed the ECJ team, working with former ECJ partner Stacey Olliff, Fandango's Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs.   Fandango is the nation’s premier destination for movie information, showtimes and ticketing, and one of the Web’s top entertainment sites.
