ECJ Client Awarded Over $1 million Plus Attorneys' Fees in Employment Arbitration

We are pleased to announce that Kelly O. Scott, Head of ECJ's Employment Law Department, and Lauren J. Katunich, a member of the Employment Law Department, obtained an award on June 12, 2007 in favor of one of our clients in the amount of over $1 million plus attorneys' fees and costs in an employment arbitration brought before the American Arbitration Association. Details on the case and the names of the parties are being withheld pending confirmation of the award and the issuance of a judgment in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
