ECJ Closes Cinram Acquisition of Vision Worldwide Management

Ervin, Cohen & Jessup LLP Partner Ken Luer, and ECJ attorneys Debra James, Ara Babaian and Lauralee Gooch, represented Cinram International (TSX:CRW.UN) in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Vision Worldwide Management, LLC ("Vision").

Vision, a privately held company based in Detroit, Michigan with operations in the U.S. and Europe, is the leading provider of outsourced vendor management inventory services to the home entertainment industry. Cinram International, through its U.S. and U.K. operating subsidiaries, acquired Vision's North American and European operations and assets for the aggregate purchase price of U.S. $10 million. The transaction closed on September 27, 2007.

Cinram International, through its operating subsidiaries, is the world's largest provider of pre-recorded multi media products and related logistics services. Cinram International's units are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
